Sugarwod tips


Sugarwod tip of the day:

Tracking your lifts. Besides putting your score into the leaderboard, you should also enter your lifts on you Barbell PR page. It will calculate your percentages and give you a list of your Wod history.


How to:

1. Click on the “Me” icon on the bottom of the app

2. Click on the “Barbell PR” icon

3. Click on the lift

4. Enter your PR for any of the lifts you did for the day. 1 rep / 2 reps / etc
