This Weeks Team Challenge video is up for viewing. Lift heavy, be safe!

We will be very strict on our rules today. No rounding of your back! if you initiate your first pull with the lower back it will be a no rep. Lets play it safe and lets lift heavy with great form. Also each rep must be continuous and unbroken. tap and go. A double tap or rest at the bottom, is a no rep.
