Memorial Day

Sign up for 8:30am or 10:00am.

(Memorial Day schedule. 8:30am and 10am class only.. closed for the rest of the day)


With a 20 pound weighted vest or plate carrier, run a mile, do a 100 pull ups, 200 push ups, 300 squats, and then run another mile.


You may do the work as an individual, we can modify the workout or you can do it as a team.
