Fit for Fall

It's time to crush your fitness goals! 

Join us in a 6 week fitness challenge.

New member entry Fee is only $250. This includes a 6 week membership.

Current CrossFit Restore members (active membershilps) entry Fee is $35.

This is an individual competition, powered by teams. 

Which means that the Grand prize winners will be one Female athlete and one Male athlete.

You will be entered into a team, your team and Coach/Captain will help hold you accountable and reach your goals.

Our teams will be competing in weekly challenges and a weekly prize will be awarded through our sponsors.

Team challenges are accumulated for the Best Fit for Fall Team (Bragging rights and trophy will be awarded). 

Although we accumlate the challenges for an overall Team, we clean the slate each week so a new team may have a chance to win the weekly prize. The team that wins the weekly challenge has all their names go into a random drawing.

How to Play:

You will purchase your entry Fee and be entered into a Team. Teams will be announced on October 3rd. Your coach will contact you before Monday October 5th.

You will have your first body scan at NutriShop October 2nd-4th

Points will be accounted for:

4 Body Scans (1 point for each scan)

weekly workouts (Participation points, 1 point each)

Body fat percentage loss (1 point per percentage loss)

Body Mass loss (1 point per pound loss)

Skeletal Mass gain (1 point per muscle gained)

Most points Wins 50/50 pot!
